Is this strictly 4k masters? I have a great 33 minutes short being finalized but it is mastered in 2k for the sake of reframing certain shots.

4K submissions only - we have a couple of sponsors who are willing to help with a re-conform to 4K at a reduced rate, more on that will be added to the site in the next 24 hours.

Fantastic news! I was also wondering about the 4K submission - you don't want lower res preview screeners? Also, is November 9 the deadline for submitting and sending the film, or you receiving it? I live in Norway, so if it's the received by date, I'll have to hurry Anyway, excellent initiative, and I hope you want to include som foreign titles in your festival. Awesome awards as well - great stuff.

The submission deadline is for sending or uploading the film and we will be watching most submissions in 4K so send us that.
