SHOOTING T-REX

Bit of fun for the day,
We jammed this shoot in-between other jobs. Was all a bit of a rush to be honest. Almost canned it.
The post boys did well considering they only had 3 week to pull of a little miracle. We had a 6 hour window to shoot in.
Glad we did it now... I threw the script in the bin when it first landed on my desk. Glad I pulled it back out.
Quick job is usually the best job. Less fluffin about over thinking things, just get down and dirty and punch it out.

The film is really nice made. But considering that Dinos and especially T rex´s are pretty much off the shelf stuff these days and comes rigged animated and ready to rumble for a couple of hundred bucks and render quite quickly as they don't have fur too complex shaders.

We just shot it with Canon glass. I find when do special effects it's better from a tracking comping perspective because as glass that can cover 8k you get les corner smear compared to S35 PL glass.
