Hi,

When I black shade my Epic keeps on going to 24FPS (varispeed) when my project is actually 25FPS.

Any idea why?

I thought it would calibrate at the setting I have chosen before calibrating.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any help

Antonio

There are 2 options for BS, I think your using 'factory' try the other, not that it will make the slightest difference in the grand scheme of things. I always warm the camera for 45 minutes set 1/100 exposure, it gives the most usable range. 12fps -240fps IIRC

No, I am not choosing the factory I am using current, and it changes from 25 to 24 and the 24 is yellow. This just does not seem right, that is why I was asking this question

I think it's just a UI bug. Even if you choose "current FPS/exposure" at non-film rates it shows 23.98 on the display as it's processing.

Ok, so it should have no influence on the actual Black Shading?
