The best feature is called Panorama...

Just tap and say you want to take a panorama photo, hold your phone vertically, and then sweep the scene.
The phone tells you how to sweep it. This image (on screen) is 28 megapixels in size. behind the scenes in realtime, it's taking slices of photos, finding the edges, stitching them together, creating seamless transitions between photos.

I'm not impressed by the iPhone 5. It's 9mm taller, and just barely slimmer. Lighter, yes. The features are not ground breaking, and the body design looks pretty similar. I was expecting some more 'wow factor' but I think I'll pass on this one.
 
It may not be a big leap from the 4s, but since I have the 4, I think it is a decent upgrade for me.

very different behind the screen.
2+ times faster and LTE...this is a significant upgrade.
