Scopebox Machine - Hackintosh

Hi guys,


looking into using Scopebox on an external machine and would really like to get this done either via a VM in Windows or Hackintosh...

Scopebox peeps said VM will most likely never work and Hackintosh can create weird edge cases where the app crashes...

Anybody here using an external Hackintosh machine with Scopebox receiving SDI 444 from Resolve ?

I don't know what VM is but I use scopebox with a deck link mini recorder that gets a feed from my flame, it cost almost nothing and works like a charm. Really nice to use in full screen together with a screen share like skype or such. The clients gets to see the scopes and the picture on their skype screen. And in flame I can choose to only show them the picture or picture and timeline etc.

Hi Bjoern,

VM = Virtual Machine, but I doubt that Scopebox will run on that...

So are u running Flame + Scopebox on a Mac or a Hackintosh ?
