  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey everyone - I know its probably the never ending question. But is there any glimpse on a rough shipping ETA for the Scarlet W for Europe?
First up I can't wait to finally have it in my hands (and jump around like a kid unboxing a N64 on christmas) but I do actually kinda want to plan if I have to rent or not for some jobs coming up. Especially since photokina is around the corner. :)
 
Sure, made mine via RED Germany - now switched to Teltec due to the Bombsquad closure in Germany.
 
but why did you switch to teltec? all the preorders where handled by RED, and you got an UK Bombsquad member ti handle your order.
And there is no own date for Europe shipments. It is just whenever you are the next one in the preorder, you will get yours, no matter where you are.

I have mine already for a month and I am in Austria.
 
because my German rep. kind of just asked me to switch to teltec to have a rep in germany without loosing my spot on the list.

May I asked when you preordered yours?
 
Bastian & Pascal, Which date did you pre-order? I did in early january and still haven't got mine.

Daan, ordered mine in March, (8.3.16) at RED Germany. Switched one or two months ago to teltec though.
 
I switched as well from the raven package to the scarlet-w v-lock I/O package. 2 months ago. At that moment RED UK told me It should save me a couple of weeks time as well.

I hope your popcorn will taste great!
 
I pre-ordered mine in December 2015 - no info about delivery. After closing Berlin I contacted my new rep in UK but same: No delivery date.... Unbelievable!
 
Yeah Ralf that's the problem. No deliv. date. The moment when I pre ordered the camera in early january the expected shipping date was march. And now we still have zero indications about nothing.

I ordered Dec 10, in the first two hours... also was hoping March. Still no camera for me :( Might not be until July until I get mine. January orders might not be until August+.

Damn, I sended a couple of mails to my rep in the UK but they don't give me details. But like you said, it will probably be august first.
 
Daan - my rep still has no details just a "i have not really a clue, if you think positive end of july, begin of august - but I can't say for sure"
I really don't get why they can't tell you on which you are on the list. No exact deli. date okayyy because its somewhat handcrafted. But it does make a difference to know "you are #289 from 2000 or you're #12 of 2000"
 
Still no news ? Is it possible that This last two months There were any shipping ?
