I've had my fan go to 100+ percent when recording at 40% fan.

I don't like that fan is that noisy, but i like that even if set to 40% in case of overheating it overrides manual settings

Fan speed changes will depend on the temp of the room as well, not just the percentage you set it to. 40% may be fine in 70 degree weather, but not 90.

Test were all done indoors @ approx. 72°F or 22°C no wind
