Scarlet Phantom Power, indication of WHEN

Hello all.

I have a production coming up in april that requires phantom power to be enabled. I can buy yet another box that needs power and attention to take care of powering the mics, but i prefer the camera taking care of this.

Is it realistic to expect phantom power to be enabled in the camera firmware before the end of april?
I've spent over 20k now and hate buying yet another gadget - the camera already looks like a christmas tree on steroids.

i know you dont want to spend any more. but the juiced link is pretty cheap and has phantom power. maybe a good solution if no phantom enabled.

I'm curious about the specifics of your job that requires phantom power enabled. Seems like this could be fixed with a different mic?

you don't happen to have access to a mic with an 'internal' power module?
we're getting pretty good results with our Sennheiser ME 66 / K 6 powering module combo (1x AA) and the wooden camera A-Box…
