  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlet owners (or even RED!): phantom power available?

No Phantom Power here!?
Why does my Sennheiser MKH416 Shotgun mic (needs Phantom power) not work on Scarlet-X ??
- other mic such as RE-150 works great
- I use RED's XLR/3.5mm MICROPHONE CABLE
- Earlier firmware release worked (3.1 or 3.2 don't know for sure which version) There was a selection-mark in the audiomenu for +48 V.
- I thought it is because of the Beta-status, but today's 3.3.14 (release status) doesn't work. Can't find any selection for Phantom power in the menu (only in the pro-audio part)
Any suggestions?

Is phantom power working for others? I got mine to work just fine. :yesnod:

phantom power is working with my Rode Ntg-2 shotgun mic using the Red XLR cable.
