Scarlet MX redmag not reconised by computer

HEY guys HEEEEEEEELLLPP!!!!!!

i just shoot all day long and when its full the red told me the redmag are fractionated and since i can see my footage in red but the computer can't just found my redmag ...please tell me existing a solution and i dont wast all my day of shooting .......the artist are from france i can't doing a reshoot

Do you remember how the workflow was? You shot during the day? Did you then power down the camera before ejecting the media, or did you eject it before shutting down?

Please let me know. I have an issue with one of my mediacards. Can not format it anymore. My Epic dragon tells me that is is not formated corrctly for the camera. It will not eject the media, wants to format it, bit tells me then that format fails.

iv already try redundead and is note working if the computer dosent reconize de red mag ....!!!!!

hum yeah i miss the power on each redmag and now the 3 dosent work so my two day are scrap now .... im just killing myself !!! ist my first red camera and now !!!! im not really sure its a good camera for me...

Lets try and figure this out.

Vincenzo, just so I understand...you've been powering your camera on with a redmag inside, and each time you do the mags stop working?

When you turn on your Scarlet MX, are you getting this screen?

Also, what FIRMWARE is your camera on?

well no not exactly , in the scarlet i can rec , see what i shoot no problem at all, but when i insert the mag in my computer , the computer see nothing .... its like its not reconize the red mag itself .......

no i dont see this screen but i see another one, just one time and is said someting like the redmag are fractionated .... but i just see one time .

now i have 2 redmag whit the same problem and the only thing i can figure out its like a neebies ( and i im whit red camera loll ) its i rec until the camera shutdown cause no more battery ......

and my red firmware is 6.2.51

by the way ....im french so please excuse my poor english and thx you verry mutch for your help

In some cases the REDMAG readers have problems if they have insufficient power.
What kind of REDMag READER are you using? Are you connecting the 5V power supply or USB Power cable?

Are you on Mac or PC?

OK first of all, as Todd mentioned, triple check and plugin your mag reader into the wall. Dont bus power for now.

Download and install latest version of Red Cine X.

See if that program can recognize and "see" your files.

If your camera can, then it can.

Let us know.

yeah iv try two different redmag reader 1.8 , the older larger one and mine a new one lil smaller ...... yeah i try the 5v on each other as well

i im on mac iv try both my macbook air 2015 and my mac pro 6.1

yeah iv already check all plug , 5v , usb, two different set of cable and redmag reader

UPDATE********* i decide to move all the red mag to dazmo camera ( postproduction team and rental store )

the all 3 redmag, just plug and works !?!?!? i really dont get it ...... well the good news .... i have, whit some first look all my footage of the two day works !!! YYYEEESSSSS

but i really dont know how my two computer canot read it !!!

Again i really thx you guy's im gonna try some thing and verified i had all the last version of driver ....

I would just reformat it, and see what happens. Now that your footage is safe.

Your Mac Laptop and/or tower may be fragmenting your mags.

Is your laptop plugged into the wall, or running off battery? Id run off wall for now, and make sure nothing is surging. Lets make sure your power management is 100% stable.

Start with that and see what happens.
