I would have thought if it was still currently live on their website they'd have to honour it? Or at least should.

First, that isn't technically their web site, it's REDuser. And, if I am not mistaken, that post isn't from someone employed by RED.

Also, it was made clear at the time that the production of Epic Dragons, and thus the upgrade as well, would end as RED's production line switched over to Weapon production. The time frame was given as some time in the summer.

Finally, and this is me guessing, but I am not really sure why you would want to upgrade to Epic Dragon about now because the combined upgrade steps to Weapon might be a bit pricier anyway. I have a Scarlet Dragon (upgraded right before NAB) and my plan is to see what new things unfold per Jarred's ongoing hints about Scarlet Dragon owners not being left behind. OTOH, you might want to make the jump to one of the currently announced Weapons. Lots of choices.

I read in the weapon thread that was updated (10.22.15) that the scarlet dragon will now be able to be upgraded to the epic dragon. Is this true?!
