My faith, trust and confidence in Red is eternal. you guys are the best. bring it on.... happily, positively, eagerly and with credit card in my hand waiting for your announcement. can't stop smiling....ha ha ha

A very nice fit in the RED family. The R1 still has some serious life left in it. As to the other announcement, what were they thinking? Goose egg, imho.
 
Sold. Really. I am SO happy to be able to buy a new, and actually handleable, small camera instead of an used RED One. Couldn't been better. Thank you!

Question, maybe anyone figured this already out: is buying the body+SSD module only and elements included in the 'package' deal later more expensive than buying the package deal?
 
How much will the total package price increase after 12/31?

Hey! I can check Reduser again! Really impressed with what RED was able to do with Scarlet, but can't wait to get our EPIC-X! Also like that the RED ONE still sits happily in between.
