I would love to run this through the paces .... but sadly I can't get the force preset for HDMI to work, the instruction's say 3.3 presets should work but I'm not sure that is for menus... I really just want to test the BS indicator and see how my BS are holding up.

Anyone know how to get the zoom control to move around?

Enable the auto focus window by enabling focus confirm. The camera will magnify to the window position.
