Scarlet: 15mm bars or 18mm?

Will the Scarlet have "built-in" clamps for bars or will it attach to bars via a base-plate?

I ask because I'm slowly building up an array of accessories based on my 15mm bars and I'd really like to be able to use my 15mm bars with Scarlet (I'm fully intending to buy a Scarlet).

If you look on the red.com page the Scarlett does have bars attahced, and looks like if not a built-in slot then a very simple clamp. Almost certainly would be 15m rods I think as 19mm are huge and not really in line with this sort of kit at all.

I'm sure it'll have mounting holes for the same mounting accessories that work with red one. its 19mm not 18mm

What size bars does the RED ONE use? It uses 19mm bars, right?
