  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

scala videoclip RED (MX) with elite anamorphic lenses

Looks really good! (And sad). Too bad the compression is really bad.

Wow, that´s Film. Congrats.

Vico.

This is SO good. Totally gorgeous and well executed... I am kinda stunned.

This rendition of Use Somebody actually made me love a song I've never really dug before. And those anamorphics are perfect for this piece. Alright, I'm gonna keep an eye out for your work from now on. ;)

I'm officially a fan...

PS: I just tweeted it. www.twitter.com/ayz

Wow you did a fantastic job Bjorn! Your lighting was exquisit.

Just a quick question, what ISO did you have the camera on as there is a lot of detail without a lot of noise and the blacks look great.

Also a great grade

everything is shot on MX 800 iso
for the exteriors I used a IRND 6 , GRAD ND 6or9, Pola,

light interior
2,5 bounce into the window
Kino 4bank 120 in top/backlight
and rosco lightpanels inside

that's it

very low profile, low key

Really great work Bjorn. Thanks for sharing. Do you know when the Anamorphic lenses will be available? Which focal lengths did you use?

Just great. And being a fan of Scala, living in Belgium (Blaasveld near your place) just makes it even better ;-)
I didn't know a RED One was so close to my place. Just love it...
Seen also other creations on Vimeo, just great. Keep on going.
Would love to see you in action some day if possible.

there is a new compression on vimeo

I've just seen this one... this is really great. So much details. Every time I see it, again and again, I see more and new details. I know most of the locations and it's sometimes so funny. The car, and old Volvo, is just so well choosen. I love the hole thing. Like someone else wrote : This is FILM.
The story is amazing. The actors, I've also seen them in other roles, are just so good in this play.
Keep one going and I hope to see more of this...
Thanks.
