  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Same Day Shipping

This actually huge news. Congratulations for getting this done.

Also, remember if you need it even faster call up the Red Store at Red Studios Hollywood as they may have something you need in stock right there. I know I had to pick up some cables and accessories on 3 separate shoots and I got them all from the store. Life/production saver.
 
We are also making some improvements on Will Call process both for the RED Store in Hollywood as well as at our Parker location in Irvine.

Excellent. Love that you guys are pushing on this front. Optimized order fulfillment makes things a lot easier for the customer base (and new customers too).
 
Since RED purchased them, does this include Element Technica? I ordered a part from them on Friday and as of today, Wednesday, five days later, they still have not shipped.

great news!! I just ordered some new batteries that are listed as "in stock". The sales receipt that was emailed to me still says "

Please note orders are subject to minimum 3-5 business day processing times after final payment has been received by RED. This estimation is subject to change. RED will attempt to notify you of any anticipated delays in delivery."
Hopefully this is just because the boilerplate in the email has not been changed. I should receive a fedex email tonight if it actually ships. Fingers crossed.

It is earth shattering for us. We have not ordered things because we needed them right away for a shoot a few days later. VERY good news. Certainly means we will buy more and more often from you.
 
Granted it's not as earth shattering as your first born taking their first step. But when a family member achieves something that they have tried to achieve for awhile, it still makes you proud of them no matter how silly some non-relative may think.
 
Alan and the team at REL are getting most orders out as they come in if items are available. We are improving our distribution model for Europe and making sure when items are in stock in the US that REL has them as well. That also includes new release items, we know we need to be better at it and we are getting there.
