  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Running two Scarlets in a 3D setup. What's needed?

Hi Pawel,

Hiw do you genlock using the Gen10? I have the red bnc leads & a Gen10 plus the Red LAN cable but have been using the Denecke as I never achieved sync. I'm aware that TC wont work but for smaller jobs / special sequences, not always an issue. If you don't mind sharing, that would be great.

Thanks!

Anyone else have success using the Gen10 for shutter sync? Also, to be clear, the MC100 and Hi-5 3D are just used to monitor in addition with a sync box, correct? They won't provide shutter on their own. Any new boxes or solutions on the market in the last couple months?

I use the Gen10, no problems here. Nice to have 6 outputs on the friggn' thing. Hi-5 gets the sdi feed from the cams strictly for monitoring purposes, alignment, etc. It does NOT provide shutter sync.
