  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Thats odd, he told me the same thing! I checked his ebay ratings and while they were a bit scant the paypal went through.

Hey Kaya. I feel substantially insulted when you mention this in public. I hereby cancell the sale, and keep the cash as compensation.

So guys:

I have one tower in Paris. Electrisity and water is extra, if you don't pay in advance.

And one bridge in the SF Bay area.

I do BTW think that the "other" tower has to be a render and a scam. Beware!!!
 
Not really, but I may throw in a Scratch, if the price is right and you go for the electricity module. (water is an extra module that isn't priced yet, but PM me, and I'll make you a decent offer.)
 
Gunleik is a trust worthy user. I recently bought the northwest passage and it arrived in pristine condition with only normal wear and tear marks. It was even fedexed overnight!

Gunleik,

With all due respect, you promised me the tower would render obsolescence obsolete. Whats all this about an electricity module? I have tried repeatedly to contact you to no avail. Just this morning I was informed that bridge belongs to someone else. My patience is wearing very thin.

Look if you want to keep your tower up to date with all the other towers just buy the water module, it's either that or buy a whole new tower. As for the bridge belonging to someone else and him not contacting you back, he probably sold it already and is busy working on the next bridge.
 
after my public insult gunleik contacted me via PM and we discussed this bridge deal.

seems that it was just a communication problem.

he is so cool, he added the small bridge near my house to the deal for FREE.

he faxed me the papers this afternoon for the small brigde.

he is valid. i am sure i will get no problems to get the big brigde i bought 4 months ago.


edit: the tower is the real thing, but i cant justify the price after the bridge deal....man but i tell you, its a hell of a deal he offers for the tower.

In my latest survey, I included all the happy ones, and ended up with the vaguely confusing 112,375 % happy customer rate.

I don't know how that happened, but it is sure impressive!

Since then I stopped taking calls.

I would advise against the purchase of this tower. Clearly, there are structural problems that must be addressed at the base, otherwise it might void the warranty on your camera if inserted improperly.

Ketch, if you indeed own this tower, can you tell us if it pinches the /i cable? And does the tilt affect the focus, sort of like a lens-baby effect?

I can see this thread has migrated from it's initial cause. So as long as we are talking about real estate. I have a mountain near here that is very special. A crazy thing happened to me last night when I went down to turn the lights off on the bridge before I went to bed. I had to break into the the house that housed the main breakers, there were about a million swithches in there, it took me about an hour just to shut off half the lights. Then the police came. Fortunately I had the bill of sale you faxed me and all went well after that. The bridge is awsome!!! Thanks again.
