RONIN-M WITH RED RAVEN

Howzit,

Just trying to see if anybody has paired the RONIN-M with the Raven yet ? Iv just bought the RONIN-M and had my Raven for a few weeks , struggling to balance the Raven though ? any pointers ?

Yep I have the Ronin M and balanced my Raven. It take a little time. You need the little extender tubes from DJI - did you get those? There's no way of balancing without them. Then you need the DJI battery distributor to power the RED from Ronin battery.

Do you think it would just be worth it to sell my used Ronin M for super cheap and upgrade to the MX? I have everything for the M, however....

I was going to do that too - but no need. It works great and the best thing is, the M is lightest, so having the small ronin really is good on my back and shooting all day

Can you please send me a photo of the extender tubes you mentioned ? In South Africa we have such limited access to DJI products so need to order the correct parts !!! also your lemo cord on your photo details please ? thanks bru steven

Don't forget the power distributor and cable from DJI as well. They also offer a larger version of the battery than what came with the Ronin-M.

Yeah I mentioned that in my first post. Yeah the big 4300mah battery needs a new charger which is annoying. So I bought another 3400mah battery so I can use same charger

edit: oh my bad. didn't see you mentioned that. =)

I get about 45-55 mins on the 3400mah battery. Don't bother with the new small 1500 Ronin M battery as your RED will only last like 20-30 mins, pointless to me to keep changing batteries.

The Wooden camera link is dead so i just need the extenders and the lemo cord to balance my Raven on my Ronin M thats awesome thx for the info 落

Do you know if a 12 inch Male Pogo to Female Pogo is enough to work with a Raven mount on a Ronin MX ? Or a 24 inch is preferable ?
