Rokinon DS and non-DS

This is a question for those of you who would consider renting Rokinon cine lenses. I rent out the originals and am trying to decide if it's worth upgrading to the DS set.

The DS is no different other than camera markings, right? I could care less about the markings on my rokinon lenses personally

The only DS lens worth the extra cost is the 35mm. The non DS version has the gears slightly further away from the lens mount than the rest of the set. It's really annoying to have to readjust your follow focus anchor point when switching between a 35 and 50.

Here's a quote from Duclos on the differences in the DS series.
"The “DS” in the new version stands for “Dual Scale” which means there is a smart and dumb side scale for operating the lens from either side of the camera, instead of the top side position that the other versions offered. The focus and iris gear positions have been moved along the axis in order to maintain a consistent position from lens to lens making swapping a breeze when using a follow focus or motors. Additionally, each of the Cine-DS lenses is carefully color matched to a certain degree in order to sustain a specific cinematic look throughout the set."

I have heard that the DS fixed the yellowish tint that is cause with the older Rokinon Lenses, that and new model I am getting the DS line for sure!!!
