Rocket in Sonett thunderbolt enclosure not recognized in Resolve 9?

[Steven Dean]

Anyone get Resolve to utilize a Rocket in an external thunderbolt enclosure? I have an Echo Express Pro, and Resolve seems to recognize that the Rocket is there, but does not utilize it. I called Blackmagic, and they said that thunderbolt is so new that they did not have an answer. Any experiences in getting Resolve to utilize an external Rocket?

How do you know it's not being recognized properly? How is the performance at 1/2 res?

Running resolve 9 beta 3 with thunderbolt sonnet rocket and everything working well. It recognizes and plays 5K realtime at 1/2 Debayer. I am currently only looking at it on my MBPr screen until Ultrastudio arrives. But it works alright.

Mountain Lion on MBPr.
