Hi All

Every so often I am finding single black frames in my Resolve timelines.

I thought they were in-camera initially but if I re-import the clip they don't show again. No discernible pattern to offer any further clues.

Debayering with a RR-X in a Cubix.

Anyone experiencing similar issues?

Thanks.

I would backup your system, upgrade to Resolve 12.3, and see if the problem persists.

Then I'll lose my extra GPU and RR-X card.. It's definitely a system glitch, I'm wondering if others have isolated the issue and a fix other than finding and replacing the clips?

Why would you lose it? 12.x still accesses multiple GPUs, as far as I know. Not sure about the Red Rocket card.

I have used Resolve with external Cubix expansion frames before and they work fine. Part of it is OSX-related in terms of how many GPUs the OS will let you access.
