Does anyone know of any guides (or ways) to go about creating an output lut based on the resolve gui

I understand that the best way to go about it would be to use something like a decklink to go to an external reference monitor but say, for example, i had to do some grading on my laptop (which runs resolve realtime) while on a business trip or for the sake of simplicity on-the-go i'd like for my colors in the resolve gui to not F*** me over (for lack of a better word).

Is there a way to use run a calibration pass out of the resolve gui somehow ?

With something like calman or dispcalgui ?

Yes, but isnt that just for calibrating the output going out of resolve from a breakout box / DA converter?

I'm talking about grading the actual user interface viewer window .

If I'm mistaken could could please link me to some source material / instructions as to how to go out it ?

Thanks

I just gave you an answer to your question, but you seemed not ready to take yes for an answer.
You can also do little own research, read the manual or call Calman for assistance how to do it...

Jake was being truthful.

Don't try to color correct in the viewer -- only use a color-managed output. It's a bad idea to try to color-correct in the GUI.
