Hello there,

If the sensor will spend their resources, could I ask a Red.com to replace the MX sensor in my Red One MX camera to a new one and how much it will costs if it possible.

Thanks.

I could be wrong but I highly doubt they will do a request like that because the R1 is a different camera and they will need to update the whole camera. Current connections only give you 720P output to the monitor. if they would consider an upgrade like that it would be better to buy a current camera, they would need to reinvent the wheel for that camera to become 8K. What do I know...give them a call and ask... it couldn't hurt =)

It seems you didn't get. I asked about just replacing The Red One MX sensor on new the Red One MX sensor. I do not consider any 8k option. It is not about Helium.

Got it...I could have gotten it right if you said to a new MX sensor. we can only guess what they would say, your best option is to call them. great question...I would like to know also... just in case I have an issue.
