  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Reduser Logo (contest?)

El Curado rocks ! beautiful design. Can you work in a subliminal naked woman into the background ?
Fortunately most of us make a living shooting instead of designing.

the talent in this forum impresses me every single day.
 
But you can framing and crop the image as you prefer. Or resize.
It's like shooting 4K...

You can scan a real ink spot, then use Freehand to vectorize (I have followed this way for years).
You can achieve some good effects with an old photocopier.
Or simply go to istockphoto.com and search for some grunge artworks... :)
 
Really great work Elcurado. On the dvxuser site, in the RED News section-(RED Titanium 'R'twork - Post your R photos thread), you had something similar ( read-equally badass!) on your nice apple lcds. I am sure that I am not the only one who would love to see it ( use it as a background--- and drool...).

http://www.sxc.hu is a great free community driven stock site with high res stills also. :)

And please help me with my poor english, on that artwork I wrote:

RED. Real Emotions Digitized.

It's correct? There are any sense in this sentence? (The Italian version was ok... ).

Hey my man, I like it any language.:D Seriously though, I think it works quite well and I understand it.

I just got the adobe creative suite (CS1-free from a friend who is up-grading) and I have alot to learn. These works are inspirational.:) Any more sites or info from anyone is greatly appreciated.

Corrado, thanks for taking the time. I really dig my new background and I am sure that I am not the only one here. I will download the rest (dial-up/ yeah I am a loser, evidently you can't get high speed if you live in a Yurt) tonight while I work.
