Redmote only charging with camera on

My Redmote charge battery only connetted to camera on. Until a lot days ago I charged it by usb to pc or a usb travel adapter with no problem. Now for 1-5 minutes it seems to be charging as there is a yellow flash light, afterwhich the yellow light stop to be intermittent and the redmote is not charged.

Make sure you have the unit on to charge.

When I plug power into my REDmote that is off it will turn on and charge but only for the first 1-5 minutes.

What kind of power adapter are you using? Is it at least 1amp?

I'm using the usb power adapter of samsung note. It's 5V about 1 amp output. It works well until yesterday, now after 1-5 minutes the redmote does not charge more.
