REDMAG SSD Problem

Hello,

I'm from Hong Kong. I have a EPIC-DRAGON DSMC Camera and few pieces of REDMAG SSD (64GB, 128GB and 256GB).

I have been encountering a problem on my SSDs. Some of my 64GB and 128GB REDMAGs were having the same error during shooting with my EPIC-DRAGON in 6K 5:1 format.

I have tried "Secure Format" for those SSDs with error using the camera, and I have performed "Zero-Pass Erase" with Disk Utility on my Mac. But both methods did not solve the problem.

May I ask how could I fix the problem? Are my methods correct?

"Audio Buffer Overflow"

Are these the problems of the camera itself? or problems of SSD?

ive had this problem show up less when i shoot with more compression, try 6:1 or even higher

I would like to learn more about if these are the problem of the camera itself? or it's a depreciation of the SSDs?

i believe it can be either..... in my case it was fixed after a camera repair

I had the 'audio buffer overflow' a couple of weeks ago with the Red Pro I/O Audio module on a hired in camera. It turns out that the cards we were using weren't fast enough (we wanted to use our own rather than the ones that came with the hired in kit) - We changed to the faster cards that came with the hired in camera and we no longer had the problem.

Has there been any resolutions to the 0x000000a9 audio error issue? I've had the issue on a couple of shoots now.

I bought my Red Epic M Dragon DSMC 1, 6 months ago & have also had this error happen several times. How can we figure out how to resolve this issue ?
