The advantage to the Turbo mags [512] has always been the decreased compression in my eyes. I've only ever taken advantage of the increased capacity in unique situations like aerial shoots or extraordinarily heavy shooting days. The decrease in compression was minimal with the MX [basically one "tick" better in many situations], but the difference is slightly more pronounced with the Dragon, since compression ratios are higher.

Brook any thoughts on optimal Dragon settings? Ie if we are shooting 5K, is 8:1 still a nice target for broadcast, and 5:1 for features?

How about at 6k?

Thanks!!
