  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REDCOMMAND iOS app for REDRAY now in Itunes store

Rad. Android soon by any chance?

I'm such a nag, but this Galaxy S4 is massive and enjoys being touched.
 
observation - when playing via REDCommand the movie file plays once and stops (goes back to menu) - using the REDRay remote the movie file loops (set via the preferences on the REDRay player... is there a way to set looping via the REDCommand iOS?

Radical. I'll also be grabbing an iPad.

I just want to freak people out by controlling the REDRAY in the screening room via cell phone :)

I'm trying to remember what the remote transport stuff cost to have a console near the front row that controlled the projector, but I'll tell you right now it's more than the cost of a 5x5x5 stack of REDRAYs, iPads, and cell phones.

I'm really blown away by what exactly is happening here.

It works on the iPad the same way any iPhone app works on an iPad. We don't have a UI specially made up for iPad yet...

Yep, works fine - just download the iPhone version and use the X2 button to go full screen. Looking forward to the hi-res version. :-)
