Ricardo,
The behavior in RCX Pro for Import XML is slightly different than in previous versions. RCX Pro will treat XML sequences as sequences, and bins as bins. ie., you are importing an xml that contains a sequence, and RCX Pro is putting that sequence into your project. Really there is no difference between Active Bin and Timeline when importing an XML. This distinction is more useful when importing an EDL or ALE file.

This is a great feature. If I do that and then open that footage in Premiere Pro, does that stay with each clip?Johnny, select all of those 389 clips in the bin (or browser, but make sure "Automatically Save RMD Files is on"), then right-click and select "Metadata...". Within the dialog that pops up, search for copyright, then double click on the right-most column to edit it. That will change the copyright for all the selected clips. You can do the same thing to change the owner.
Sorry for some degree of double posting, but it might fit better here than in the Adobe sub-forum:
I can't import XMLs from RCX Pro in Premiere Pro, PPro doesn't find any of the native files. I need the help of Clipfinder 2.5 to make it happen. But after that the sequence settings don't fit and it doesn't display. A round trip through Resolve is fixing the Clipfinder XML, but it's a bit awkward to go from a pre-grading program through a program for final grading into editing.
OTOH, Resolve is complaining that RCX Pro is delivering XML version 3, while Resolve supports only v 4 or 5 and doesn't find the native files either.
Interestingly, it complains as well with an offline version (XML plus ProRes files), but imports that one nevertheless.
Where is the problem here, in RCX Pro or on Adobes side? Would be so great not only to move the first light into PPro, but a rough edit from RCX Pro too. Please don't get me wrong, I really appreciate having RCX Pro, but in a perfect world the three would communicate seamlessly.
Any suggestions?
P. S. XMLs from the release version of RCX are accepted by both programs and the native files are found.
