woh!!! thanks allot Im on it right now. I have one question is it possible instead of downloading a new version every time is there an option where we can just update it through the application its self like a apple update?

This one is better, it comes with an airport, for convenient access.

Btw: love Redcine-X, now if only my RED could just stop having fun alone in LA, get that M-X logo on, grab a rocket card and get it´s ass back on the next fedex plane... I have plenty of work for it here!

In the samples they're all absolute.

So /Clips/... would be in the Clips folder on my system drive? So I'd need to write: /Volumes/SomeDrive/... to access other attached drives?
 
Great to have an insight into the new RMD format. Can I ask how it's intended to deal with multiple instances of clips? Currently if you add the same clip to a bin twice, and for example set different in/out points for the two instances, the RMD file is simply updated to reflect the values for whichever instance you modified last. Since RCX does not see symbolic links transparently, the workarounds used by Crimson and Flight Director will not work for RCX.

I realise of course that ultimately the answer lies in Lua scripting.
