Red v-raptor x Highlights (EH)

I filmed a two-minute clip, but I was surprised to see only 26 seconds of the clip, and the rest was deleted. However, I watched the entire clip on the camera, but on the PC, 80% of the clip was lost. Sometimes the camera stops working, and I have to restart it again so that I can use it. Is this normal and does it happen? Is Highlights (EH) reliable for work, or is it under development?

If you watched the entire clip on camera in playback, it means you lost data when copying it from the memory card. If there's an error during recording, you'll see something on screen typically.
