  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Remember children, don't accept candy from strangers and don't post where your Red camera is... unless you are a rental house and have advanced security and a pittbull named dragon with emotional problems... :)
 
Well I feel sorry for the poor saps that live at the addresses that we all picked out. Some burglars will keep breaking into their homes and no one will know why :)

My co-ordinates are up on the map but I am protected by being in the middle of nowhere and having a wolf. If you get past the wolf? Well then things can get really ugly for ya. Us mountain folk can be the salt of the earth but you cross us and the next thing you know we'll be complimentin' ya on having a real purty mouth.

I am just glad that google hasn't gotten around to zoning where I'm at. The zoom and satelite photos only go down to like level 5 or something (not even city level). But in the US one could always put the little red dot on like 5 houses over or so.

Damn, I don't know how to link a photo. Picture a 120lb. German Shepard/Rottenwiler mix with Clints eyes and you get the basic picture. LOL
 
Damn, I just found out that Mike over at HD for Indies has linked to this very thread... So in addition to all the usual red users and cinematography.comers, now we'll also have all the HDindies reading about how to make the piggy squeaaaal... and where to find a Red camera and a pet wolf... :biggrin: :mellow: :blink:

Here's the solution to foster... Send in the seductive female. And if things go wrong, she can hold her own. She's a lot bigger than she looks and faster than any other dog I've ever met.

I showed Jake the photo of the seductive female and he got all excited (if you know what I mean) and wants to meet her. He didn't seem too interested in Spirit or Foster though... mayby someday they will all meet and cut a swath thru the world such as never been seen. Of course they will be led by Gibby's Corgi as she is royalty.
 
My Corgi won't be leading anyone anywhere...I don't have a Corgi...I was just joking about having one! Gibby is a Welsh name and a Corgi is the only Welsh breed I could think of...Cool dogs though...If we ever settle down we may get one...

I've been too mobile to have a dog...but the last ones I had were two Golden Retrievers when I lived in Orygun...you know, in Zig Zag...
 
Ahh, but we have Casey... I was keeping the alpha bitch as a surprise reserve in case of just such a scenario. So to recap, Spirit is the wolf, Foster is the Black Lab/Rottweiler cross and Casey is the Golden Retriever.

Ooooh.... Boomer just saw casey and got aroused. He wants to offer up the tattered remains of his favorite Christmas toy as a token of his affection.

We have two Corgi's... the male has grand mal seizures once a week, usually at 3:00AM. What fun!

That's really what I want the RED for... nothing like photographing a Corgi having a seizure in 4K...
