RED Rocket failure?

Its been at Red since the 21st. $3000 repair, I'm told vibrations from the fan damaged the FPGA. Unlikely, even DVS says that is not reasonable.

My Rocket just died one day too. Red could not give me any reason. Went from working fine to not working overnight. The $3000 repair bill really sucked.

The cause of the damaged FPGA is hard for us to know exactly. Support suspected it was the broken fan blades causing vibrations but it could have been related or not.

There are multiple ways to damage the FPGA but once it's damaged,
it's the worst case scenario.

Who at DVS told you it's not reasonable?
