[James Press]

Just found them this morning and now have headphone fatigue after listening all day! Really enjoy them Jas (and Mike) so please keep up the great work. Hopefully get to meet and thank you in person on Wednesday...

[Jose Alvarez]

I'm a regular listener too. Nice job guys!

[Steve Phillipps]

Don't listen to this if you're waiting for an EVF as they take delivery of one and open it on air - you'll be weeping!
Great stuff though guys, keep it up.
Steve

Could anyone explain me what DRX is in REDALERT...?

Great show!

Thanks.

Could anyone explain me what DRX is in REDALERT...?

Great show!

Thanks.

Pat

DRX is Dynamic Range Extention. My understanding is that if one channel starts clipping before the other 2, DRX adjustment can use the 2 unclipped channel to help "guessing" what the information in the clipped channel is and artificially reconstruct the clipped information so that the 3 channels clip at about the same time, thus mathematically extending the dynamic range.

First one with the answer to red@fxguide.com though

Thanks for the comments guys, we'll try to make the unboxing a regular thing
