  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

If my maths are correct, to use Ipad control you need about $20,000
of equipment including iPad?

Oh well, at least the Ipad has a built-in camera. :laugh:
 
I thought you could control the camera wirelessly without any additional modules, no?

I did too, using the same antennae as the REDmote... I think this app and meiser module is for wireless video transmission and remote viewing to the iPad and not necessarily just control.
 
RED SYNC for iOS is for wireless control of the camera and lens mechanisms, wireless timecode generator, slate and few other things. You can't use it for a remote viewing on your iPad right now. Yes, you need Meizler Module to use the app right now. Things can change over time. Believe me. ;)
