Yes, the perfect place for flying. And for a RED facility. As matter of fact, London is the centre (pardon me my US fellows -- german and french ones too!) of this business allover Europe.

Does this mean the audio upgrade program is going to get into swing soon?

. . .
Over the next month we will commence partial operations, starting with facilitating the AUDIO UPGRADE PROGRAM for our customers (...)

Now for Red Asia!!!
*I'm not jealous of the Europeans....I'm not jealous of the Europeans....I'm not jealous of the Europeans....I'm not jealous of the Europeans....*

You are no AU -- have no an "Asian Union"... :)

What do you mean? Will we have some kind of problem that England is out of Schengen? Can you elaborate?

Hi,

You have to show your passport when you arrive, come to think of it you have to in Europe when arriving at any airport.

thats the plan...

We are co-ordinating with our logistics partners as well to scope out the various shipping times + custom impact to different territories, so even some non-Europe customers ( Africa, Asia etc) , may have RED EUROPE as their upgrade center for the fastest possible turn around, with of course load balancing between the two centers taken into consideration.

Must say it's great to see RED getting another base set up in London. But now that the Northern Hemisphere is well catered for how about us Southern folk?

Hmmm...Australia would be a nice little place to set up shop.

How about it RED, any plans for something along these lines? It would sure beat the hell out of a two day FEDEX trip halfway around the world!:pinch:

A question from South Africa (and I suppose the rest of Africa and some Asians and middle Easterns, etc), would it be possible to take delivery of our cameras from the Pinewood Red Base, since a return flight from South Africa costs less than $500 and a flight to LA costs around $2500. It's a nice excuse to be able to pick it up in person, and going to a Red Day becomes affordable and not like taking a trip to space.

All new camera deliveries will come from Lake Forest... and RED DAY's are only for customers that have already taken delivery of their cameras.
