Yes, congrats to all!

One department not listed above that also deserves a ton of credit is REDucation. Brian Henderson, Katie Dixon, Matthew Goodwin, Erin Anderson, as well as all of the teachers and TAs, in my opinion, have been a very important part of the success of RED. They have done an outstanding job in building upon the foundation that Ted, Michael, and others designed years ago. From the week-long seminars, 3 month programs, "RED DAY" Open House events, Shot on RED Fests, and so many outside events, REDucation I think sometimes goes a bit unsung.

Having helped teach at a great deal of these events, I can tell you that they are a ton of work to pull off at the high level that RED does them, and well worth it from every angle. They have not only educated huge numbers of people on RED tools and proper workflow, but have inspired people to bond together to collaborate on projects big and small as well as form lasting friendships, which can not be understated in the importance of a successful supportive community.

Smarter manufacturing and smarter design. That makes a huge difference.

In the last 6 months, alot has changed around here and I can't even begin to explain how much better we are as a company.

Every single department has been completely overhauled and is performing better than ever.

Jim and I get to spend our time on design and product and the future without worrying about all the drama.

Engineering and manufacturing is purring like a fine tuned engine and Roshan and the product management team is all world.

The addition of ET has helped leaps and bounds to make sure stuff actually works .

Graeme is doing shit with color that will blow your mind.

Rob and the RCX team are on fire with things like GPU and Rocket-X and the next version of RCX and REDCODE.

The web team and the Bombsquad are putting out new product videos and content every week.

Our international offices that are in tune and representing.

The right people in the right positions.

And a special shout out to Brent.. who continues to keep me on my toes everyday.

Sorry.. that was a bit of diversion to your question. Just so proud of where our team is today that I thought it was worth sharing.

Can't wait till you guys see what is next...

Absolutely agree with everything Casey said. Education is huge and RED has done a lot to get RED users and customers up to speed. Reducation can be life changing, RED has changed mine for the better.

This are BTS shots form Michael Bay's shoot of Victoria Secret's event, not mines... Just taken off the net... But don't worry, I'll have a shit load of BTS starting from next month, of the first shoots here in Barcelona Spain... And this Double Trigger Handle is now an other piece of gear that will seat permanently on camera, unless it goes on the Brushless Gimbal... Or UW Housing...

Thanks for the reply, Adam. I'm hoping more will chime in (even if it's in the REDucation thread and not here). But since Jarred mentioned many success stories from various departments at RED, I thought it appropriate.
