Red DSMC Canon mount has anti reflective paint, Nikon hasn't ?!

Hi,
I've noticed that my Red Nikon AL mount doesn't have anti reflective paint everywhere inside the mount (near the sensor)
Have a look at the two pictures showing the diffence between Canon and Nikon version.
I haven't run some test yet to see if it's a real issue ( in strong backlight and direct sunlight conditions...) but I'd like to know if all the Red Nikon mounts are like mine.
I've ask my redteam without any answers yet so...

AFAIK this is just how they are built. It's not for certain, but it seems reasonable that this is also the source of the problem discussed here http://reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?98345-Nikon-AL-Mount-Glare-Issue

I've spoken to Red about this too, and sent pictures, sample images etc etc. No word back as yet - but we know they have many irons in the fire.

Thanks John, that's it...If Red is not answering, I will certainly use black paint on it. I have Humbrol N°33 Matt Black and I'm pretty sure it's gonna work.
David, I get my Nikon mount about 6 weeks ago but , meanwhile, Red might did something for this issue, please let us know.

I know this is an old thread, but did Red ever properly address this issue?
i am having the same problems it seems with my nikon mount .

Sorry this thread somehow slipped between the cracks... I THINK mine was fully coated but I'll have to double check tomorrow.
