It's hard to tell for certain from the photo's, but I think the 15mm adapter could be swapped out with universal 19mm mounts. If that allows for standard spacing then you can now take your 19mm rails, FF, Matte-box, etc with you on your quick release plate.

Pretty freakin cool.

I think theres a vertical space differential. If you look at the 15mm centered adapter here, it rises up off the plate where the 15mm and 19mm rods would be. It may physically fit, but its a different height from the lens. It would need a reverse 15mm and 19mm adapter to lower down to the right height.

You take off the V-Mount adapter, place it on top of the shoulder plate and slide the shoulder plate in the back of the EPIC
