Recording wireless signal... which transmitter works?

Hi fellow redusers!

Maybe you can help me...

I want to record the output of the wireless transmitted signal in FCP7 for a rough on-set edit...

which transmitter will work?

I read that it is not possible with the Bolt... any update?

Will it work with Paralinx Arrow?

It doesn't matter if its a hdmi or sdi signal... it should just work...and not cost a fortune.

The bolt works if you do it with tc in / clipname in frame. Then you can just eyematch the tc's to the real clips later on.

...which video hardware did you use?
Maybe a thunderbolt based one for a mobile set up with a Retina MBP?

We use a laptop and a little box from black magic, forgot the name but it's a simple SDI to TB. So then we have the bolt receiver hooked to the BM thats hooked to the macbook air. Editing and capturing was then done in premiere. But should work in any software able to capture the TB signal from the BM.
The time code did not come along but I know the Teradeck guys are working on that and my bolt is in for an upgrade at the moment so it will do it right when they get the software out for it, then the red clip names and start/stop record should transfer aswell they told me.

But until then editing with tc in frame on set I find better than without it gives everyone involved a good reference of what takes was used etc. Then swaping out the shots for the real r3d's is done within minutes so I think the big fuss about having the correct tc and such is a bit over rated.
