  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I totally get that but you'd think we would've seen another one or two get ticked off based on the pace it was going at towards the beginning of the month. But like you said who knows. Maybe people aren't reporting getting their email. Either way looking forward to the next update once things calm down for them. :)

ive seen at least a dozen new people get their ravens on fb and insta that are not even on reduser, so its happening for sure...
 
Allocated!!! I ordered in March through a retailer. They'll be shipping my camera to me tomorrow. I've actually known that I got allocated for a few days now but I've been hesitant to post because I kind of feel like a brat getting my camera before some of you that have been waiting much longer and much more patiently than me.

Not at all the more people to get their cameras the better, congrats man!

Ugh. Happy for you, man. But yeah, it does kinda feel like my day-one timestamp is worthless :'(

I'm hesitant to say because I haven't exactly been pleased with my experience there and my momma always said if you don't have anything nice to say, don't saying anything..... until you're camera ships then be as brutally honest as you want.
 
Just a word, my RED RAVEN V-LOCK I/O PACKAGE was allocated and paid in full 9th May and still waiting and not a word, so it might be a few weeks before yours arrives Joey, though l am in the UK not the USA which might make quite a lot of difference.

Haha, just blink once if it's Image One. That's where I have my order, and they're making me nervous :/
 
It took a while before it got shipped here as well. I'm in Norway, my bomb squad in UK, and it was shipped directly from Red.
FedEx took a week! I'm used to Dhl from B&H taking 2-4 days. The wait was painful.
Got to use mine on the a TVC to day. Love it, but haven't got to play with the footage myself yet. Handed it off at the end of the day.
I do notice the slightly More cropped sensor compared to our Epic in 5K, but hardly a problem
 
How many Ravens have been allocated so far? How far through Day one? Hopefully June is Raven fabrication month (9 month delivery ;)

There's no way of knowing for sure since the serial numbers are given out randomly but short answer a lot. There was just an astonishing amount of orders right from the get go. The latest timestamp allocated from a direct order that I've seen reported by a user is 9AM on the 25th.
