Got a tracking number for my Base I/O today. Should be here on Friday. Any requests? Slo-mo unboxing footage? Hi-res detail pics? Fire away.

What kinds of plates? Microwavable? Paper? VFX?

You guys are too hilarious hahaha.

I got my allocation notice on the 9th. Payment went through today as I understand

Mine was allocated and paid last Friday and shipped today (Thursday), if that helps anyone on timeline from payment to shipped.

Also, something to think about before your allocation that I overlooked is Red Armor (warranty). I believe it's another year of warranty, 2yrs total, for something like $950. It needs to be paid before the camera ships.

I paid last night through my amazing rep Clark who seemed to be working much later than normal hours. Just got my shipping notice so less than 24 hours between payment and shipment. Red rules.

#11 on the list. Allocated last Friday, Shipped Tuesday, Arrived today.

Immediate impressions? Quiet, light, clean. She goes on her first gig next Monday for Audi. I'll follow up afterwards.

I just got my allocation email! Well, I just discovered it in my spam folder. If anyone is using SpamSieve like me, it comes from mailer.red.com so whitelist ending with red.com instead of @red.com like I had it. :) I'll keep you guys posted on when it arrives, etc. I'm currently waiting on my rep to reply so I can send payment. I'm so excited! I've been wanting a RED camera since 2007!

Those Anton Bauer Cine's are so sexy. I just can't bring myself to drop 3 grand on batteries--especially when cheaper alternatives are performing comparably.

They are sexy and I have one now but I will only be getting one more would should get me about 7hrs between the two. I am also going to pickup a couple of hypercore slims and that will be about it for me.

Took delivery of mine yesterday and it's number 000430. I ordered September 24th at 10:54 PST. Not sure if that helps gauge Red's output so far although
I'm sure it's increased significantly this month with all lines being dedicated to Raven.
