For those who have received their cameras, how long did it take for your camera to ship after you paid for it? I paid for mine last Thursday and I know it takes some time. I haven't even received an email with my final paid invoice yet, I was told the order has to be processed first.

We ordered ours on 8/28/16, they claim it will ship out to us in 7-10 days.
I am highly disappointed in their lack of communication and customer service, I truly hope the camera makes up for it in quality and performance.

An interesting development in my Raven journey: Omega reached out to me (actually as a result of my post on this thread) and said they didn't have the base I/O kit I had ordered, but that they had a Raven brain for me! I gladly accepted since I could piece together the rest. Omega responded with an invoice for significantly more than the cost of the Raven brain when I put my deposit in. My rep there said that the price has gone up and I have to pay more than I was expecting if I want my camera.

Has anyone else experienced this? What have other Raven owners here done? Anybody else order a kit and been allocated? Thanks in advance for any wisdom!
