  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm keeping my Raven order. Might pick up a Scarlet-W but still want the Raven.

Hi, new to reduser, and want to start off thanking the reduser community for all their informative threads. Now for my question, if putting a deposit in to join the queue this month, would it be realistic to believe that I would be a part of the 1st shipment of Red Ravens or is it likely that I would be waiting for some time after the initial release in March?

well, no one will really be able to answer that question, i for one know at least 7-8 people not even on reduser that ordered one right away, so the que is bigger then whats mentioned, though a lot of people switched to scarlet too on the que. but this late in the game id say its probably not in the first shipments, i would look otwards april, just not to have huge expectations.

RED has a policy of not being specific in these matters and there are too many unknowns to answer that question. UNKNOWN #1: How many RAVENs there are. UNKNOWN #2: How many of the depositors have switched to Scarlett W. UNKNOWN #3: Will RAVENs and Scarlett Ws share an assembly line or will there be a line for each camera.

But aside from the unknowns I'm pretty sure RED will be shipping out cameras as they are built, so you will not likely get a camera in March.
