Will the Raven OLPF be weakened in order to give a sharper image at a 4K crop?

Just curious if the 4k results of Raven will be more impressive then the 4k crop on our Epic Dragon.

Thanks!

Most likely standard olpf on raven. I dont see the olpf as to soft. Here is a frame without added sharpness out of dragon, if you crop a 4k frame out of it and add a little unsharp mask I think sharpness should be pretty good and the olpf softness level red holds are (I think) quite well balanced to stay out of moire. As you can always sharpen your image but if you get moire there is not much you can do to remove it.

Link to Dragon frame as tiff (we added purple on the sides but the center portion of the 8k frame is a 6k dragon snapshot skin tone olpf: http://we.tl/sBJ30e2xqt

But I think the 4k extraction from raven will be more equivalent to a slice of weapon which I think (have not tested) is likely to be better than epic dragon. I doubt that RED would not make improvements when moving to another camera body. Just look at red one mx and epic mx. It was quite a step up in between the two even though it was the same sensor used.
