R3Ds in AE are blank

I have an interesting problem and not quite sure when it started happening. I can no longer edit R3D files in AE. When I drop it on as a layer it just gives me a black screen and then AE becomes almost unresponsive.

Anyone seen this before? I've tried re-installing all the R3D addons/drivers etc. Works fine in PPro but AE is a bust.

havnt seen that stuff since CS6...5.5 what versions are you using?

CC has its own plugins and doesnt need the labs stuff

Every time I have an issue with R3Ds in AE, I just reinstall the Abode Labs plugs and it's fine.

I have NOT used AE CC yet however, since I just upgraded from snow leopard yesterday.
