Quad charger fail with RedVolt XL

Hi all,
Having received my three RedVolt XL batteries with the Weapon upgrade, I was able to charge the 1st one ok on my existing quad charger. However after that the charger would show orange for a few seconds then flashing red/green.........now goes straight to red/green flashing & of course not charging the remaining two batteries... I thought at first that the batteries were too low to boot up, but I have now tried them on a colleagues quad & they are charging OK. Has anyone else had this problem & is the charger terminal??

Unplug and the charger wait a little and plug it back in usually that sorts it. But the quad is known to be sensitive.

I had this problem with my charger that was 10 months old. When Nate and Sean brought the battle wagon up to Seattle I asked them about it and they said to contact support about a possible replacement. I did contact support, they had me send it in and they swapped it out for me with maybe a four or five day turn around.

David - curious, did your upgrade package come with the RedVolt XL's as part of the package, or was that a separate purchase? If so, which upgrade package? I don't seem to see a package that lists the XL batteries as included... Maybe I missed something?
