  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Good morning and Happy Holidays red community,

After years of renting and lusting, I've joined the community as a new Scarlet Dragon owner.
Live in San Francisco, work everywhere.
Been using the 5D mk3 with the ML raw as my main camera, works great as a work around and produces great 1080p images but does not compare to the power of red.
Now it's time for some 5k love :)

Finally feel like I am amongst my swans
 
Good for you. In my opinion, and for the type of images I like to see most often, Scarlet Dragon + STH OLPF (noise and all) + DRAGONcolor2 (as of yesterday) = the overall best image making secret weapon under $20K.

Congratulations on your ownership. Perhaps soon I will also join up by owning a R3D. Nice reel on the site btw.

I put that site together in like 45 minutes after my older site went down with some tech problems.


Thanx, the majority of that reel was all shot with a 5D mk3 with the ML raw upgrade- A lot of the stuff I've shot with red epic & scarlet was for Tesla Motors & they are super strict about their "property" used for advertising someone else services.

the mid 2015 reel should have way more red footage now that I own my own Scarlet Dragon package :)
