Looking to purchase both an Epic and a Scarlet, but I'd like to know what the projected prices are for the Epic FF35, the Scarlet FF35, and the scarlet S35 and S2/3.

I know I've seen this on the forum before, but I am feeling a little on the dumb side and can't find them right now.

I can't remember seeing prices for the FF/Monstro cams, and at the moment I guess we won't see them, as that would be quite noisy as to the S35 MX/Epic/Scarlet release.

Let them have a cigar and a bottle of red wine (+ some whisky for graeme) before processing the calculus on the next new-new-new cams -:)

This is purely from memory, but I have a vague recollection of Scarlet FF35 being $9750 and Epic FF35 $35000. (Please feel free to correct - I am only guessing) Very likely to change, of course, and no doubt the cameras themselves are a lot different from what was envisioned when those prices were projected.

FF wont be out until 2013 at the earliest.

fixed scarlet will be available at $4750 when it is released. but what is the rate of 2/3" cinema camera with bare bones ( minimal unit to start shooting including cf cards) and which two prime lenses should i select first for proper shoots. and also give me their focal lengths and in mm's from <mm to mm>. and their purposes. thank you friends.

At this point the Monstro models ff35 and up, are not being mentioned at all. That is a next generation product. Development time frame, eventual models, and prices are completely unknown.
The current focus is completely on the MX models. Epic brain only was last posted at $28k. There is a partial list of modules to go with it at Red.com with anticipated prices. So far the only new module available is the Bomb EVF at $3200 so that price at least is definite.
Previously posted prices for Scarlet at $4750 for an entry level fixed version with basic essentials to shoot out of the box except for media are not cast in stone. There is a Scarlet page too with features list and module prices, but again we won't know if these are final until they actually do the release announcements.

thank you MR Rasberry i will go to scarlet page and check for prices of scarlet 2/3" cinema and tell me which two lenses should i select first. thank you
